To put this into perspective, $IREN will have at least 2.915 GW energized by 2030. If the demand is 165 GW by that time, that means $IREN can almost fill almost 2% of the global capacity demand for AI/HPC DCs. We know of several unannounced sites. IREN does not disclose the sites until the connection agreement has been signed. You either have it or you don't as @danroberts0101 says. There is also a high probability of their current sites in West Texas increased in capacity. A company market cap of less than $3bil at this current time for an already profitable BTC mining business of 50EH and that GW portfolio is simply ludicrous. Do what you will with this information.
