These people are what they call gypsies. They do this all over the world trying to scam others of their hard earn money. While these sob's are living good in well furnished Apts, condos driving nice cars I mean cmon.

This is common. The news did a report on a lady in my hometown who was a professional pan handler. Dressed like a bum during the day and collected money and lived in a nice area.
