One of my neighbours from UP used to do this, his all veins were blocked so he used this way. i have seen this in my childhood.

For such addicts, govt should make paid centres. Where they can get any kind of narcotics. Even some nursing staff to help them with such injections etc. They are going to do drugs and crime anyways. Confine them in a safe space. Earn money meanwhile
