Scavengers Reign started one year ago today! While we still don't know if Netflix will revive this sci-fi masterpiece, after Max's cancellation last spring, this season is self-sufficient. Don't hesitate, if you're in one of the few countries where this show is available. 🫡

Scavengers Reign is available on Netflix, Max and Appletv+, but only in a few countries. And there is no Blu-ray. Maddening, I know.

This was an astonishing show... PURE scifi, loved every weird, creepy, beautiful minute of it🥰

The highest praise I can give it is that my teenage son who tend to tear animated series a new one, read while they're on, and stop watching halfway through, insisted on watching all of it, and paid attention through it all. He's not done that for any series in years.

So I liked the visuals but found the show empty, because the characters felt less like hardbitten scavengers and more like large children, fighting, licking and eating anything they could get their hands on.

WATCH IT!!!! I've fallen out of love with sci-fi recently, but this is refreshing and gripping. The world is horrifyingly alien, and it keeps you guessing. Please just watch one episode.

I didn’t like the show. It was certainly creative but I didn’t get the sense that the creators thought about how or why the flora and fauna would evolve in the way it did.
