I’m so sick of this shit. I’m not trying to diminish the jobs they do, but this is a yearly thing between them and nurses. Between summer break and all the days they have, teachers work maybe 7-8 months. I know what nurses make and if your ambitious could easily make $100k+.

Does anyone know the current pay-scale, amount of hours worked per week, and education required to be qualified to be an EA? I’ve read a few articles saying they want 31% over 6 years and Alberta offered 13.5% over 8 but what is the starting point?
