A police pursuit involving a stolen vehicle in southern Utah came to a quick end when a Washington County sheriff's deputy deployed a Grappler Police Bumper, wrapping a tether around the vehicle's rear tire. The pursuit began Wednesday after police were alerted to a vehicle reported stolen out of California entering Utah on I-15 from Arizona. Deputies say the driver repeatedly refused to stop and even tried to take off again after the Grappler was deployed, backing up in an attempt to break free. It didn't work.
