experiencing this in a sold out imax theater on opening night

When the electric guitar comes in...

i felt myself levitating as the aspect ratio changed

Me during this scene

This scene is why I’ve been so adamant about going to the theater to watch movies this year. Before this movie came out I was lost with no path to guide me. Sinners lead me in the right direction.

I loved the bold decision to really lean into magical realism on a way you don’t often see in film

Will never forget that electric guitar showing up on that big ass imax screen omg

Took a buddy to go see it. When it ended he started saying "that one scene" and I cut him off and said "yep, everyone has that reaction." And it's important that it works so well. It more than sells the idea of this young man having amazing, supernatural musical gifts.

was insane on 70MM IMAX, even crazier on 70MM film honestly

Watching this scene was a spiritual experience I'll never forget, which completely caught me off guard. Which is rare these days. When I think of the word cinema this scene always comes to mind.

Deserves to be seen on the biggest screen available

Bo and Grace being accompanied by a Beijing Opera dancer and Sun Wukong is simply an amazing choice and I’m infinitely glad Yao recommended it to Ryan.

and it's not even close. this scene alone is going to win the film its oscar

So glad I had managed to avoid spoilers before seeing this movie. this scene had my jaw dropped and stayed dropped. damn it’s so fucking good

I could actually watch this every day

the is definitively the one

had me levitating

snatched my heart right out of my chest ❤️🔥

This is good for a… beer commercial or like a MTV music video lol.

@hanisinterlude I watched this for the first time a couple of days ago and I Get The Hype Now

This!!

Please be so serious, there are so many other scenes that are so much better

This might be the dumbest scene of the whole movie lol

The only correct answer

Yes.

Correct

god watching this in 70mm was euphoric

Such a Perfect scene. This is the exact moment I started crying in the theater. One of the best cinematic experiences I've ever had in my life and I have Ryan Coogler to thank for that.

dogshit movie

I love how there was so much order in the chaos of this scene
