Sir, This happens in all public sector units, I have experienced it at our bank. If an executive from HO or DFS visit the protocol to be maintained is unimaginable. Even if it is a personal meeting they arrange a review meeting for half day to make it official and claim expenses

Its the same in almost every Public Sector undertakings. The Union Ministers of the portfolio have literally no control over the PSUs under them. This has to change. Ministers have to be stern on their work and have complete control on departments under them.
