YSL Trial: Day 162 After just under a year of trial, the defense will be questioning the State's final witness.

Weinstein, lawyer for Yak Gotti, first up for cross examination. over the past 160 days, the state has been showing ESPN tattoos on accused "YSL gang members", saying it stands for Every Slime Play Nasty. Weinstein shows that Lil Wayne has the same tattoo. The "gang expert" testifies that because Lil Wayne is not a member of YSL, that she does not know what ESPN stands for on his skin. But she knows what it stands for when its on a "YSL member".

Weinstein asks Viverito about Young Thug's "missing" RM watch from the raid of his home, which she is seen holding in the bodycam footage. She acknowledges she's seen the twitter coverage of the "missing watch" because her name keeps coming up and says the footage shows them putting the watch back on the shelf, leaving it with Thug's manager who was present.

Weinstein is continuing to ask about the raid of Thug's home. Remember, the drugs/gun that Thug plead guilty to being in possession of are also charged to Yak Gotti at the same time, so this part's important. He's asking questions about if Yak was ever actually seen inside the house, if he's seen near the items, if he's seen holding the items, etc.

Weinstein is pressing Viverito on her definition of “hybrid gang”, which is a gang made up of members of multiple different gangs. Viverito testifies that Young Thug was the first person to “cross the color lines” of gangs in Georgia by putting crips and bloods together 💀

Schardt, lawyer for Shannon, up next. He presses the "gang expert" for never writing any reports about her investigations in a somewhat aggressive (on both sides) back and forth. For example, all that Viverito did was compile screenshots of social media into powerpoints and turn them over, so the defense has no idea which pages she did or did not check at that time outside of the posts she selected.

The State is using shannon's lyric "i beat a murder rap" against him, when he never actually "beat a murder" before. Viverito is intentionally being difficult and won't answer yes to that because its a "slippery slope" 💀 so the judge dismisses the jury Attached pic unrelated

Outside the presence of the jury, the Judge warns the "gang expert" Marissa Viverito to stop dancing around with implications and just answer the damn questions No, getting a bond is not "beating a murder"

Jury dismissed for the day, while the attorneys argue something regarding Viverito. 10AM start tomorrow.

As the case is close to ending, the attorneys, with the Judge, are now discussing jury charges which are the instructions that the jury use to decide their verdicts for each count. Sounds like both sides agree to the bulk of the jury charges except for those for RICO.

Wasn't she admonished for adding opinions to her answers just last week?

Her and woody there two star witnesses will be the reason they lose lmaoo

Anyone think viverito knows how ridiculous she sounds. Who would give her opinion any weight after this? And lord help her if the jurors remember she is actually a training officer in gangs like this is all some joke

she gettin sassy so he got sassy back lmfaoo

Max is cookin!!!!! 💚💚

In what world do we not memorialize items in evidence? Fulton County needs to be fumigated

Shardt needs to bring up the paid a lawyer $30k again. She said she believes she knows who paid for his lawyer-let’s hear it. Then ask her how she came to that conclusion and expose her for the “investigator” she is.
