Ah, The Democrats. From Carter to Obama to Biden they have enabled Iran to become the existential threat and terror force it is today. Through their continuous appeasement, financial support, and limp D "diplomacy", they thought that throwing money at the enemy would make them a friend. I mean, the decision to send this DNA sample to a private lab was just disastrous. The problem is the FBI does not typically accept DNA once the sample is properly processed by private labs. So what you’re looking at now is another delay, as the private lab will likely have to send it back to Arizona to submit it into CODIS. So it was just unnecessary. What the hell, man? Just send it to the FBI lab. Why introduce another variable you don’t need in this?”

If you’re making these representations as an officer of the court, then why is it too much to ask that you make them under penalty of perjury? And this is something the DOJ has not been willing to do.
