It appears obvious to me that the Democrat party is "adhering to (the US's) their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." By working on behalf of foreign governments to undermine our own elected government members qualifies for these crimes. By taking money for these acts. By taking direction and instructions.from their operatives. By actively or passively cooperating in the theft of American funds, and allowing those appropriated funds to be sent to foreign parties to further their ends. I believe there is a sufficient case to be made to formally ban outright the Democrat Party in the United States.
