Lol my family was the kind of poor that we didnt have enough money but made enough so I didnt get school lunches. Everyone would bring up trays and offer up stuff they didnt like and at the end of the lunch I ate at least 3 trays worth of this slop. And god id still smash all of that I dont even care

Lunch was one of the best things about the day lunch Ladies would always hook me up, then they had some really good chicken actually fried handmade. I was one of their favorites even had my name up there in the kitchen wall to remember me

We won’t put in people to cook. For some reason the cafeteria lady is not someone that cooks. Here job is to take a packaged product, read the instructions and warm it by the label directions. If we had people that actually cooked (like in prisons) this wouldn’t be a problem.

School Lunches were so good when I was in School. I don't know if it was the culture, the staff having their kids in school, or the numbers of kids in attendance not being massive, but that stuff was legendary. I was the only kid always asking for Arroz Pegao
