To be more specific, it's "Blacks in U.S. Schools." Probably 90% of the attackers are black. If you have few blacks in a school, these fights seldom if ever break out. The higher the % of blacks in a school, the higher the rate of these attacks. Private schools are exception.

This is by design in the US. The other cultures are deliberately hostile to us. That's why they were chosen for import. Japan does not allow it. They protect their country and their culture.
