@t0mclark3 The WMO isn’t the ant’s pants. “Probable” means it could happen and it still might not. They called La Niña for mid-2024. It stalled. The 2023 heat jump sat outside their own forecast range. Seasonal outlooks are odds, not gospel. Use the forecast. Don’t worship it.
