It was already written that “the Lord drove the sea back by a strong east wind all night and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.” Exodus 14:21 ESV That wasn’t revealed to Muhammad, it was already written by Moses. And by that point Egyptians sailing the Mediterranean and Nile were well aware that wind could move water.
