Yes, prophet(pbuh) used to get messages from Allah for various aspects of human life he shared with believers. Like sleep, take digestion issues- sit on floor while eating like prophet(pbuh) did- it will keep intestines & diaphragm rightly positioned. Throw out dining tables!
