From something microscopic begins an incredibly complex biological process that can ultimately produce a human being capable of thought, memory, emotion, creativity, love, and consciousness. Science can explain the mechanisms behind what we're watching. Evolution can explain how biological systems developed over time. But neither changes what I see here. I see extraordinary complexity, order, and purpose unfolding from the very beginning of human development. The more science reveals about how life works, the harder it becomes for me to look at it as blind chance. I see design. I see purpose. I see divine creation. What do you see?

Cracking it on the edge of a bowl or pan can drive shards inward and occasionally puncture the yolk. I'm a flat egg cracker.
