It’s really crazy how far down physical media has gotten in regards to video games. Xbox is pretty much all-digital with their games, Nintendo still values physical games (even with Game-Key Cards being a thing), and PlayStation’s smack dab in the middle lol.

And this is how an entire generation of gamers will justify sailing the high seas. The industry deserves it.

Defending game key cartridges is crazy for me because how can anyone be happy about buying something and never owning it. I want to be able to get old as fuck and put my old as fuck cartridges in their og consoles and play them.

Crazy on how companies wants to release physical games. But they can’t help themselves and lose out on that control and ownership of the games they sell

Blame the developers. Nintendo will still be selling Physical games of their first parties but devs dont want physical copies because they dont want to anymore
