MacFarlane: I will bet the whole farm Democrats launch an investigation into Eric Trump's contract, Jared Kushner's business dealings, if and when they get the majority back in January. But I can't get past the domestic politics of all this—money for the UAE because of the war in Iran, money for the Trump family or a contract for the Trump family while prices are the defining issue, with roughly 150 days until early voting starts.

Democrats are reportedly preparing a full collapse strategy for the Trump administration. If they regain control of Congress in the midterms, the next move would be a major impeachment push against President Trump. Unlike past impeachment efforts, they have a far stronger case to build on this time. Brandon Weichert suggests Democrats could retake both the House and Senate in the upcoming midterms, setting the stage for investigations that would heavily impact the administration, with Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth expected to face early scrutiny.

Scott MacFarlane reports on Trump’s $1.776 billion slush fund running into major resistance in the Senate. Even Trump allies are uncomfortable with taxpayer money potentially going to January 6 defendants and cop beaters. MacFarlane also reports growing concern on Capitol Hill that Trump may be using the controversy to distract from deeper issues involving his taxes and potential corruption exposure.

DEMOCRATS PLAN TO GO AFTER TRUMP-ALIGNED BUSINESSES IF THEY WIN THE HOUSE! Republicans can't seem to indict anybody, but Democrats are already planning their lawfare if they take back the House. Reuters reported, "Senior Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives and committee aides have discussed using hearings, subpoenas and document requests to obtain records from entities tied to Trump's political and business orbit." House Democrats already have a game plan for if they retake the House in November, and it runs straight through Trump's business world! Instead of impeaching him again, they want to point the subpoenas and document demands at the private companies, banks and donors around him. Why can't we ever play real hardball like this?

MacFarlane: Democrats are poised to capitalize on something that all the outside money in the world can’t buy: A fatigue factor, an exhaustion among voters with Trump 2.0, the disorienting days and nights, the shattering of norms, the 24/7 omnipresence of Trump on all platforms and all screens. There is a fatigue factor that’s hitting not just Democrats and not just independents, but even the right-wing podcast world is turning away from Trump.

If Democrats win the House this November, a little-known congressional committee could become a major force in investigating the Trump administration. The House Natural Resources Committee oversees federal lands, including national parks and federally controlled land in Washington, D.C. That gives it jurisdiction over some of the administration’s most closely watched projects, including Trump’s proposed White House ballroom, the planned 250-foot triumphal arch and the troubled repairs to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. TIME reporter Nik Popli spoke with Rep. Jared Huffman, the committee’s top Democrat, about the investigations he could pursue if Democrats take control of the House. Read the full breakdown here:

Scott MacFarlane reports a new University of Virginia analysis projects Democrats still gaining roughly 23 House seats in 2026 despite GOP gerrymandering efforts. The report says Republicans likely need to lead or be tied on the generic ballot to keep the House. They are not.

President Trump warned of the elected Democrats’ plans to pack the United States Supreme Court if they win the midterms: “I think if Democrats took control of the Congress, I believe that this country is finished… You will have Washington, D.C., and you’ll have Puerto Rico as a state, which would be a disaster… But they want to go to 21 Supreme Court justices.” Back in September we warned about the left’s plans to pack SCOTUS. The upcoming midterms are important!

ALERT: At today's House hearing, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche claimed the DOJ is “not moving forward” with the controversial $1.8 billion January 6 settlement fund for convicted crooks, fraudsters and potentially cop beaters. But watchdog groups and Democrats say they want more than verbal assurances—they want it in writing. Scott MacFarlane reports.

🚨BREAKING: Trump gets NIGHTMARE news as Elizabeth Warren just detonated Republican plans to pass a crypto bill she says would “TURBOCHARGE” Trump family corruption and let them cash in even harder while Republicans gut oversight. Then Warren dropped the bombshell. She says Democrats are preparing to flood the Republican-backed CLARITY Act with amendments after accusing Trump and his family of making billions through crypto schemes while still sitting at the center of political power. This is turning into an all-out war over whether Republicans are rewriting the rules so the Trump family can keep printing money off crypto while America watches in real time.

Texas could be heading for a political earthquake. Fmr. CNN anchor Rick Sanchez argues Ken Paxton's personal scandals, repeated credibility problems and Trump's own unpopularity could combine into a perfect storm for Republicans in a state that hasn't voted Democratic for president since 1976. But what happens if Democrats take back Congress? He explains they would immediately start digging into Trump's business deals, his family's money, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jared Kushner's investments and anything else that currently isn't getting much scrutiny. If Republicans lose control, Trump's next two years could turn into nonstop investigations, subpoenas and impeachment talk. Rick Sanchez

Chief Propagandist KJP, is asked about why she said Hunter would not be pardoned, only for him to be pardoned. She claims that the “circumstances changed”, and blames Trump’s incoming administration for seeking “retribution”. In other words, Trump was not supposed to win. The Biden regime fully expected Trump to lose, so they could retain their control, give Hunter a slap on the wrist to make it appear that he had been investigated thoroughly, when in reality, he was being let off the hook for his money laundering and foreign business dealings, which are actually Joe/Obama’s crimes. Treason in plain sight.

🚨 JUST IN: Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) is under "CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION" by DOJ, reportedly involving finances and his overseas business dealings Sources in the House GOP are sounding the alarm THIS SEAT MIGHT FLIP BLUE if he does not drop out. An internal poll just found that Mills' seat is VULNERABLE to Democrats if he is the nominee in November: He PLUMMETS -8 points among GOP primary voters compared to a generic Republican A whopping 63% of GOP voters are less likely to vote for Mills when they are informed about allegations against him, including campaign finance and allegedly threatening his ex-girlfriend GOP voters are 11 points MORE LIKELY to vote for the Trump-backed candidate if it is a Republican other than Cory Mills, the poll found. We've been told that Democrats are waiting for this scandal to BLOW UP after the GOP primary to spend MILLIONS OF DOLLARS and surprise-flip this seat blue. Florida did the RIGHT THING in redistricting the 2026 map — do not let the Democrats steal one back!

Karoline Leavitt says Republicans must keep control of Congress to help President Trump continue his agenda, warning Democrats would focus on impeachment fights instead of governing: “President Trump made promises to make America safer and more affordable, and he is delivering on those promises. Just imagine what Democrats would do if they were given power again. Remember what happened during four years of Joe Biden’s presidency. The administration pursued wide-open border policies, and now President Trump is working to recover the economy from those years. Republicans need to retain control of Congress so that President Trump can continue to have the support he needs to govern for the next two and a half years. Otherwise, Democrats are going to focus on blocking his agenda. They’ll be consumed with impeachment hearings and political investigations rather than serving the American people. We can’t let that happen.”
