Doug Ford: "VP Vance out there saying, we treat the agricultural sector terrible. We're their number one customer. What would happen if Scott Moe decided, okay, I'm rerouting the potash. Their agricultural sector would be dead overnight. Absolutely dead. Get your potash off Russia. See how well they treat you."
