I'm from Cumbria and thought you were meaning "out with" in the way my parents used to say it to me. They'd say it when i'd fucked up and were basically saying "admit it, out with it, what did you do"

Firstly, looking great, like you've been hitting the gym with a crowbar 👌 Also, mind blown. Had no idea it isn't a thing outside of Scotland, it's used as common parlance & makes so much sense Another Scottishism, the pluralisation of supermarkets; adsas, tescos, sainburies...

Yeah "out of" is where I'm from. Or "not my monkey not my circus" if it's something to do with anything outside your scope of responsibility.

Where I come from, we would say out of, we were not fancy enough to say outside of.
