Christ you can hear the Irish connection

- Come Around

I always thought this. South Enders - “La” North Enders - “Lad”

Me arl fella was originally a southender, always said it in the north growing up.

people had proper teeth back then

They’re what I remember the Scouse accent sounding like not the cartoon “laaaaaaad” accent it’s become now with the younger one. You still hear it with the proper older generation a bit. Sounds well better

Brilliant…..😂 Sadly, local dialects and words are disappearing….. all over the UK. It’s great to get a glimpse of the past, before TV shows started influencing our language and accents.

'You're last, you.' 😂👌🏻👊🏻

Where did 'last' go?😅

If I closed my eyes, I would think they were my aunties talking. 😂

The way most scousers talk today is chronic. Kids having scouse-offs messed up the dialect
