If you're wondering how this was made, check TheGreenFlash's youtube tutorials! Super well-made and you can use them to create your own 3D Scratch projects! The first few episodes became the foundation which was then heavily modified to make the mario game

Might be the closest thing we have to Mario Odyssey in a browser until 10-15 years later when accomplishments like Browser Emulators and Decompilation ports are possible. . .

a few years ago some friends and i had a recurring joke where they would be talking about some game (mario, metroid, minecraft, whatever), and i would say "i just play the scratch version"
