I understand the profits I post at times make people feel skeptical and question it, which is totally understandable because of the space we’re in. I’ve been trading for 11+ years now. Didn’t get really really good until year 6-7+. By no means is trading easy. If you want to make easy fast money then don’t get into trading. If you’re willing to put in hard work, years of effort, and go through tons of highs and lows then choose trading. This was one of my tougher months due to not finding flow in the market, missing key days and having no reads + drawdown. Hope everyone had a good August! I am totally committed to getting a standing desk. This conversation with Kelly Starrett convinced me. Sitting isn't necessarily bad. Standing (and more movement in general) is good. But desks give you almost no movement options. So how can we create more movement choice during the workday? If you have a standing desk, it helps to make it an actual movement station. That means having something to put a foot on so you can shift your pelvis and spine out of the same static position, and ideally a bar stool or perch so you can lean, sit, prop a foot up, or change positions easily. That’s the real benefit of a good desk setup. Not that you’re standing all day, but that you’re no longer locked into one posture. Australians are being absolutely hammered at the checkout, in their rent, their mortgages, and their power bills, while this Prime Minister smirks as he lies through his teeth every-time he opens his mouth. By any objective measure, Albanese hasn’t just failed — he has failed spectacularly, hopelessly, and destructively. The fact that you leave them a technically legal choice while making refusal practically impossible doesn't make you freedom-loving. It makes you flat-out dishonest.
