SGA likely didn’t suffer the injury last night. He’s been suffering with an abdominal strain for a couple of games now. He likely exacerbated it last night and OKC felt like this was a good time in the schedule to get him some rest. Here’s a clip of him before the Denver game on Sunday. You can tell he winces in pain when he jumped into an OKC staffer pregame.

So the guy that basically never flops gets a post game tech when clearly the ballhandler truly fully extended his arm into Russ's upper chest area for no other reason than to shed Russ out of his spot he occupied as a defender which by definition is an offensive foul? Yeah ok bro..... but Russ gets hacked every game, and because he doesn't flop, he never gets a foul call. What is he supposed to do? He did flop this one time, but this is a joke, bro. Enjoy this journey while you can. There will be a day when you don’t have anyone to throw with or lift with or play pickup racquetball and then hit the sauna after with. There will be a day when you can’t immediately roll from your workout into breakfast/lunch/dinner with 8 of your best friends. There will be a day when disputes cannot be settled with a game of madden, 2K or the show. You will realize that showing up late for work pales in comparison to the fear you had about showing up late to the field or the weight room. You can say that you’ll still train hard, keep yourself in shape, hold YOURSELF accountable. It’s easy to say when you have a goal you’re working towards with a collective group. But when you don’t have that, damn it gets hard. So enjoy it. Take advantage of the time and the energy. For some guys it happens after 6 years of pro ball. For others it happens after 4 years of college. But it will leave you. Let me repeat that: IT WILL LEAVE YOU AND IT SUCKS WHEN IT DOES.

every time art and technology collide, it gets uncomfortable. photography, cgi, nfts. now it’s ai. inevitably, the people who lean in early, long before it’s fully accepted, are the ones who end up shaping what comes next. doodles was born out of this exact contention. we aim to do it again. when we decided to build Doodles AI, we built it as a first-party tool. trained exclusively on ip we own, on a visual language i’ve spent my entire career formulating. the goal was speed, but even more so, relevance. the ability to participate in culture in real time. because that’s what true internet-native brands should all be striving for. we’ve been running it internally for a while now, and the impact is tangible: more viral posts, more growth, more attention. but it was too powerful, too satisfying, and too fun to not share it widely. a strong ip doesn’t weaken when you open it up. it gets rediscovered from angles you couldn’t have planned for, by people you never would’ve reached. creativity has always had gatekeepers. skill. time. access. often, it’s a game of privilege. plenty of people have taste and vision but just don’t have the tools to match it. i’m proud to contribute my life’s work to this new era of co-authorship, with a singular style as the galvanizer. the best way to predict the future is to invent today.
