It seems that Scroll is having a bad run-in with the duplicator clause. Any sufficently powerful ball with an OP ability, can be countered by a stick. In other words, get fucked nerd. Pointy stick wins again.

Yeah this one is just a natural counter Scythe's alright, long ass range with no clashing to divert strike means Scroll can't stack letters for an Information Bomb and thus can't scale fast nor can it get the time to set up enough letters for a decent hit.

Scroll is just too nerfed. It needs it's enemies close but their weapon far. It legit only works against flail and flask and maybe wrench (but the turrets would probably just destroy all the letters.)
