We know more about sleep, metabolic health, strength training, and inflammation than any generation before us. And it's showing- the longevity revolution is happening. So here's my question: Do you feel younger or older than your parents did at the same age? And what do you think made the difference? Tell me in the comments.

My stance against the LGBTQ+ movement and others who promote harmful ideas in the Smash community will not change. In my opinion, the entire community needs to change its direction turning away from the harmful influence of the LGBTQ agenda and towards Jesus Christ. When you stand firm against evil, don't expect to be liked by everyone. I'll say it again: don't expect to be liked. I've noticed that when I play against streamers, their chat usually has negative comments towards me.
