Do CJP has any such evidence against Swatantra Bhardwaj, in which caste was the reason of fight between Swatantra Bhardwaj and Sanjay Azad? It's clearly the misuse of SC-ST ACT. How Delhi Police can accept this case? Action should be taken against CJP and Saurav Das for misusing SC-ST ACT. Three times CLAT failed Saurav Das doesn't even know about SC-ST ACT.

Sachiv Sandeep Kumar has filed an FIR against RJD MLA Bhai Virendra at Patna's SC-ST police station. While I support Sachiv ji, I also feel this is abuse of SC ST Act. Bhai Virendra did threaten Sachiv ji but he never said something which should attract SC ST Act. Nonetheless, it is fun to see those getting trapped by SC ST Act who were the biggest supporters of it.
