This is my fave acceleration drill, and it will NOT make you faster! ⛔️The classic wall drill doesn’t work. It just make your hips tired. Coaches around the world swear by them. We have all been doing them forever , because the angle mimics acceleration. When in all honesty, it’s just an inclined plank/hip flexor exercise. 💡So here’s what we reflected on💡 We asked … 🙋🏼‍♀️“what is a major output required in an acceleration?” 💡Well that had to be … “Horizontal Projection of your center of mass”.💡 Classic wall drill doesn’t have ANY hip projection. Horizontal body angles are the “EFFECT” of acceleration, but we wanted to have something that worked on the “CAUSE”? 🤨So what’s routed in the CAUSE? ✅Disciplined hip extension✅ 🙋‍♂️ What does that look like? 💡Shin discipline with trunk discipline allows one to utilise Lombards paradox💡 🙋🏿‍♂️What’s that ….? 💡Where the hamstrings & the quads contract TOGETHER rather than in an agonist -antagonist relationship💡 Said differently hip extension can result in knee extension, if the shin ceases to rise nore fall. ✅Co-contractions to maximise joint coupling✅ 💡Co-ordination and timing of triple joint extension is far more important than the completion of triple joint extension.💡 We have all been too concerned with the destination (full triple joint extension), without locking in on the journey ( joint coupling/coordination ) 🙋🏿‍♂️Will this drill make you faster? ⛔️Nope! No drill with low speed and low force will have Primary Transfer to sprinting. 💡But it will have Tertiary Transfer. Use the drill to feel efficient hip extension, with trunk and shin discipline.💡 📝Learn how it feels to have naughty knee roll, then how it feels to correct it. 📝Learn how your ankle stiffness allows for more explosive hip extension , how reactivity feeds your projection. ♻️Use this drill to create more space in your hips to hinge efficiently , setting the tone for prowler pushing , sled runs and acceleration work. TEACH in the gym and then ,TRAIN on the grass. Far simpler way to coach acceleration to team sports players. If you made it this far… Coaching Eye Quiz 👁️ Can you tell the difference between the start and end of the video? Jair Lee

The 49ers need Ricky Pearsall to become a 1b WR. That’s what they drafted him in the 1st round to be. They let go Deebo Samuel, Juan Jennings and in a way Brandon Aiyuk because they believe in Ricky Pearsal. RICKYYYYYY has played in 19 games and missed 14 games in his career including 6 due to a gun shot wound. So now the 49ers have brought in THE MOST UNDER-APPRECIATED WR IN NFL HISTORY in Mike Evans, but they need Ricky to be Mike’s Robin like Chris Godwin Jr was. Mike Evans and Chris Godwin Jr. combined for 20 touchdowns in 2020 when they won the Super Bowl. They both had 1,000 yards receiving in the same season 4 times and combined for 15 or more touchdowns 6 times in 9 years. That is the production the 49ers need from this WR group to keep up with the Seahawks and the Rams. Mike Evans even at 32 going on 33 years old, will still draw coverage. Ricky Pearsall has the talent to do it and showed flashes last year against the Seahawks and Cardinals when he had 104 and 117 yards receiving. He now has to make defenses respect him and show his 49ers teammates and the organization that he can stay healthy to be the guy they drafted him to be. If Ricky doesn’t show it this year, the 49ers won’t hesitate to give the reigns to 2nd round Rookie De’Zhaun Stribling who they believe was the best WR in this year’s draft. It’s a make or break year for Ricky Pearsall. And his spot in the offense is the key for the 49ers Super Bowl run. #49ers #SanFrancisco #RG3 #OuttaPocket #NFL #FoxSports

Demond Williams Jr. is THE future star you NEED to know for 2025! 🔥 The true freshman dazzled in 2024, capping the season with a spectacular Sun Bowl performance against Louisville: 374 passing yards 4 passing TDs 81% completion rate 48 rushing yards 1 rushing TD He drove 90% of the Huskies’ offense against Louisville, averaging 14.4 yards per completion. Williams is locked in as Washington’s QB1 for 2025, ready to be unleashed. Williams looks like Bryce Young out there with elite arm talent and electric playmaking. Like Young, he zips pinpoint passes 30-40 yards downfield with touch or velocity, his quick, compact mechanics maximizing every throw. His 4.4-speed, instant acceleration, and knack for dodging defenders will be a treat for Big Ten fans to watch. Williams shares Young's cool-headed poise, shredding defenses with play-extending magic. His coach, Jedd Fisch, coached Jared Goff to 4,600-yard NFL seasons and built Arizona’s pass-heavy attack, and calls Williams “elite, elite, elite talent” with “everything you want in a player.” Fisch’s fast-paced offense is tailor-made for Williams’ dual-threat brilliance. In 2024, he posted a 78% completion rate, 944 yards, and 8 TDs with just one pick as a freshman—don't be surprised when you hear about him in Heisman contender conversation. In spring scrimmages, he threw five TDs in 11-on-11 drills, including a 35-yard strike to the end zone’s sideline and a 40-yard score to tight end Coutts while evading pressure. His Sun Bowl spin move and 33-yard pass on a key drive showed his knack for creating magic, which could lead to a potential first-round pick with his arm angles, pocket presence, and clutch playmaking. With weapons like Denzel Boston and Jonah Coleman, the offense is filled with weapons. Williams’ 2024 reps—from situational drives against Iowa and Penn State to a clutch UCLA appearance—built unshakable confidence. Fisch’s system and Williams’ ceiling could vault the Huskies’ offense to Big Ten elite. Demond Williams Jr. is going to be a MUST-WATCH in Seattle in 2025! 🌟 #Huskies #BigTen #DemondWilliams #CFB

And this is, The Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, John Ratcliffe: Barack Hussein Obama said ‘I want this done,’ ” I want to overthrow the United States government. The blatant politicization of intelligence is “unprecedented in American history.” “Obama commissioned this. Dr. John Delony On My Husband ED Caused Me To Have Multiple Affairs. Caller (Megan): "...is mine and my husband's sexual differences pertaining to... I have a high s*x drive, he does not due to medical reasons, and that's a big issue within our marriage, mostly on my side. And so I'm right now trying to see whether or not it is worth the energy anymore to try and get my husband, hopefully, along the same line as me, or at least trying to put effort into it." Dr. John Delony: "Man, I could almost... I can almost hear the shame in your question." Megan: "Yeah. I'm not proud of it, of course I'm not. But it's..." Dr. John Delony: "Hold on, hold on, hold on. This is... This is your body." Megan: "Yeah. It's been 10 years, over 10 years total. And we have kids and, you know, I understand the stress, of course. We have..." Dr. John Delony: "Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. You're just trying to talk it out, talk it out. Just sit with it for a second, okay? I can hear it on you, I can hear it on you." Megan: "Yeah." Dr. John Delony: "Have you done dumb things over the last 10 years?" Megan: "Yes. To be honest, I have, and I have come clean about those." Dr. John Delony: "What's happened?" Megan: "I have... It gets to the point where it becomes such a big build-up and I feel, in a way, abandoned, even though I've communicated and my husband's aware of my sex drive, to where I've gotten so frustrated, I have stepped out on my marriage, and infidelity has happened." Dr. John Delony: "Okay." Megan: "I'm not at all dismissing it. I know it's not right, but I'm just sometimes kind of getting to the point of, is it fair for me just to be told that, 'Well, this is just how it is, so just deal with it,' or..." Dr. John Delony: "I think... I think both things are true. I think both things are true. Okay? No, I don't... I don't ever believe, outside of, yes, some serious physical challenges, okay? I don't ever believe in any marriage around any issue, that the phrase 'It's just how I don't ever think that's okay. And, I don't think it's okay to cheat either." Megan: "Yeah." Dr. John Delony: "Both things are true." Megan: "And I'm not..." Dr. John Delony: "But you're trying to keep, like, I know, I know, I know. But, A, I want you to fully own it." Megan: "Mm." Dr. John Delony: "And I'll even go as far to... I don't want to put words in your mouth, but, due to your frustration, and due to your heartbreak, and due to feeling like you're being rejected, you became somebody you never thought you would become." Megan: "Exactly. But I've also, since going through all this, I've... I've come to terms that, in a lot of ways, I wasn't really raised, per se, with a very healthy, you know, setup pertaining to relationships." Dr. John Delony: "I know, I know. But you're already going back to, 'Well, it's actually how I was raised, it's actually how I'm being treated.' I want... Listen, all the way to the beginning, I heard it right when you called. I just want you to sit with it for a second." Megan: "Yeah." Dr. John Delony: "Okay? And there's a ton of reasons, and we'll talk about some of them." Megan: "Mm-hmm." Dr. John Delony: "But there's so much deflecting going on."
