Sean Connors really decided normal posing trunks weren’t enough. 😳💪 So for his Singlet Kings bodybuilding routine, he walked on stage in a modesty sock — and somehow looked even more confident because of it. 21 years old. Massive physique. Zero hesitation. Here’s the opening of Sean’s routine from...

Well, if it's AI, they certainly sized his privates correctly. Big dude, little junk.

That’s clearly AI. His private parts are too big for someone on that amount of steroids. It's absolutely fascinating how many people aren't able to identify AI video.

@its_me_kat3 (IG Handle/Sean’s Wife) asked me to share who Sean Johnson was so his name doesn’t get lost or forgotten. I met Sean when he was a new tech in the SEAL Teams. I was an E-6 at the time, and Sean stood out immediately—vibrant, humble, respectful, and hungry to learn. Every time I stepped into his workspace, we’d chop it up about life, the Teams, and his future. He’d always tell me he wanted to be a pilot someday. I’d remind him, “Stay locked in. Do the work—and you’ll get there.” And he did. Sean came from very humble beginnings—but he never let that define or limit him. If anything, it fueled him. He had a quiet determination, a spirit of resilience, and a heart that always looked out for others. Even after we both left the Navy, we stayed close—regular calls, meetups, and texts. He’d keep me updated every step of the way through pilot school, sharing milestones and progress. He was so proud, and I was proud of him. Yesterday, Sean passed away. He was the pilot of the helicopter that tragically broke apart midair and crashed into the Hudson River in NYC, taking the lives of a family of five along with his own. It’s devastating. Hard to even process. The company that provided the bird is known for janky helos. They wiped their website and socials after the crash. But that’s a story for another day. There’s a saying: “Parents should never bury their children.” Sean wasn’t my child, but after mentoring him for so long, he felt like one. And it’s so surreal to think we’ll be laying him to rest before my own time comes. The blessing in all of this—and it is a blessing—is that we had deep talks about faith. Sean gave his life to Jesus during one of our conversations, so I know I’ll see him again. Even while in pilot school, even after graduating, he’d reach out asking, “What can I do for you? How can I help?” That’s just who he was. He died doing what he loved. And he died having achieved the dream he spoke about all those years ago in that SEAL Team workspace. Rest easy, little brother. I’ll see you again. #LLTB

This 16 year old built a $300 million company on Wall Street that was entirely made up Barry Minkow grew up watching his parents struggle to pay bills in a small house in California He decided at 15 that poverty was never happening to him again So he started a carpet cleaning business out of his parents garage with borrowed equipment and zero experience But the money wasn’t coming in fast enough So he started lying First small lies to get loans from local banks Then bigger lies to get bigger loans Then he discovered something dangerous The more confident and polished he looked, the more people just handed him money without asking questions By 16 he had fake invoices, fake contracts, fake client lists He invented entire corporations that existed only on paper as customers of his business Banks saw the revenue and kept lending Investors saw the growth and kept buying Wall Street saw the numbers and took him public on the stock exchange at 21 ZZZZ Best, his carpet cleaning company was valued at over $300 million He was on the cover of magazines being called the next great American entrepreneur The entire thing was an empty warehouse and a photocopier When it collapsed the banks lost $26 million and investors lost everything Barry went to prison for 25 years But here’s the twist He came out, became a pastor, and then turned FBI informant exposing fraud cases worth billions The FBI hired the exact same brain that fooled Wall Street to protect Wall Street Some people are just built different

Screw your “Optimal Preparation Routine” In late 2022 Jacob Degrom was coming off a shoulder injury that kept him off the mound for 4 months. Seeing that his first start of the year would come less than 20 miles from where I lived, I made the split decision to go see Degoat in person I got to the park two hours before game time Hoping to catch a glimpse of some magical pregame preparation from one of the best in the game As I sat just behind the catcher near the bullpen. I watched every move from the time Jacob walked out of the dugout to his first pitch on the game mound. And what did I find??? NOTHING I mean the guys warm up was one of the most basic, vanilla warm ups I’d ever seen!!! Regimented? Sure. He made his first throw exactly 20 minutes before game time. 6:45. Right on the dot. Was watching the clock and AS SOON as it hit 6:45, he turned to the catcher and made his first throw No weighted balls. No bands. No sprints Looked like a standard high school warm up. “Few jogs, few of theeese, few of theeese….” Some light stretching and catch play was all he needed before promptly going to the game mound and hitting 101 on his third pitch. Does this mean that Degrom is a freak? Well, yes. But it also shows how irrelevant a specific prep routine can be for a large majority of players Jacob found what works for him and he stuck to it I encourage you to do the same. Having a mapped out plan for how you want to attack an outing is crucial, but the contents of that routine can vary based on the individual. If you need more prep, more CNS activation, more mobility before your outing to perform your best, so be it! If you HATE long periods of thought and careful planning before you throw, maybe tossing a football around for your “weighted ball routine” could be a better option Just some thoughts. If you liked this story, feel free to give this a retweet and follow me for more baseball training co
