I don't think that all that footage is from '73 but the Heights is definitely not the same now, but neither is most of the East Coast.

It only took a generation to ruin it with diversity.

Sidenote: people appear to be thinner. Why? 52 years ago there was far less pre-made food. Less seed oil. Zero corn sugar. More saturated fat. Eat like your great grandparents to lose the fat!

Air travel killed it, you can't climb the later without a few casualties.
