@Ripple @NYcryptolawyer @JohnEDeaton1 At this point I cannot see Judge Torres "needing more info" to make a decision . She may punt the ball for political reasons, but I don't think that's her M.O. Time will tell.

@Ripple @NYcryptolawyer @JohnEDeaton1 I think the only thing that is missing here is that SEC is litigating for the token itself. It has clearly mentioned in the complaint that past, current and future secondary sales of XRP are embodiment of ripple's efforts. So anything she says about XRP will be a precedent.

@Ripple @NYcryptolawyer @JohnEDeaton1 Yes, but who cares? Unfortunately, that is not what is being alleged in the case against them. @JohnEDeaton1 intervened because of this.

@Ripple @NYcryptolawyer @JohnEDeaton1 Talks in circles. Johhny and Jeremy explain easier. Imo

@Ripple @NYcryptolawyer @JohnEDeaton1 In the complaint the sec declares XRP as a ongoing security into perpetuity. Not sure why he is saying it doesn't have to do directly with xrp status?

@Ripple @NYcryptolawyer @JohnEDeaton1 If the 2 parties focused on the token’s status, but the case has “nothing to do with whether or not the token is a security”, if the judge states in her dicta, that 2ndry sales aren’t securities, presumably the SEC won’t be able to appeal this, because this isn’t what’s on trial??
