It has clearly mentioned in the complaint that past, current and future secondary sales of XRP are embodiment of ripple's efforts. So anything she says about XRP will be a precedent.

@Ripple @NYcryptolawyer @JohnEDeaton1 In the complaint the sec declares XRP as a ongoing security into perpetuity. Not sure why he is saying it doesn't have to do directly with xrp status?

@Ripple @NYcryptolawyer @JohnEDeaton1 If the 2 parties focused on the token’s status, but the case has “nothing to do with whether or not the token is a security”, if the judge states in her dicta,that 2ndry sales aren’t securities, presumably the SEC won’t be able to appeal this, because this isn’t what’s on trial??
