There comes a time when loneliness grips the soul, when I feel helpless, fragile, and worn from the inside out. Deep in my heart I bleed, my face often washed with silent tears, and sometimes my mind shuts down from the weight of it all. I crave freedom, yet every window feels sealed, every door locked, even the ventilators no longer bring fresh air to my lungs. It feels like the world is closing in on me. But still… something stronger lives within me. What strengthens me is this: I still breathe. I still find the courage to speak. And somewhere in my soul, joy refuses to die. Because the One who lives in me walked through the valley of death and came out victorious. He was humiliated. Stripped. Beaten. Treated with inhuman cruelty yet He rose. So if I find myself in the valley, I must also rise. I must grow. For if I do not, no one absolutely no one will lift me for me. So I call on heaven and on my own bones: Raise my spirit. Strengthen my body. Teach my heart to stand again and again!

Eid Mubarak to all. Please remember my father, Shabir Shah, in your prayers. May Allah ease his pain and accept our sacrifices on this Eid of sacrifice. I hold on to one belief: no sacrifice ever goes unnoticed by Allah. For almost two years now, we have had no prison calls from his side. No contact from prison at all. Something that is a basic right of every prisoner. Recently, through a lawyer, we came to know that he is seriously unwell and has been advised three urgent surgeries. Like every Eid, and every single day, I miss my father with all my heart. Another Eid without him at home. Another Eid without his voice, his presence, his blessings. This silence is deafening. This absence is unbearable. Eid is meant to bring families together. But for me, it only reminds me of my hero my fighter my world my baba💔 38 years of imprisonment and counting Please pray for his health he is seriously unwell. After years of hard work, studying, and countless sleepless nights, I can finally say I’ve taken care of my entire family. This is why I never stopped.
