Secret of Evermore (SNES, Square, 1995)

Thraxx is cool, but for some reason he looks cooler on the box than in the game.

I’m sure I would have loved this game as a kid.

Loved this game so much. This, New Horizons, and Illusion of Gaia I could replay over and over and over. Still do from time to time.

For some reason I never opted for this game on my weekly Blockbuster video game renting trips.

This was a unique and fun journey. And it had some top-shelf humor, too. "You paid for the entire seat, but you're only gonna need the edge!" Something like that. Still hilarious.

A great adventure. In the end, I felt... sad because the game was over.
