How do you find out what the codes are? Or do devs soft leak this to content makers to make videos.

I mention in the video it's the original codes, just backwards.

The fact they’re backwards and the nuke “didn’t go off” makes me think we’re in some sort of parallel universe version of Verdansk

Is this your video? Could you tell me what settings you use to make it look like this? I have Nvidia, so if it's a filter, even better.

Yeah it's mine, these are just default settings to my knowledge, I don't believe I have any filters on currently. I do have an old video on my youtube of my original verdansk filters that a lot of people used and enjoyed!
