Many dont have enough of the 5α-Reductase enzymes to convert it into the much more androgenic DHT I remember there was this science YouTuber I used to watch who is in his 30s without any facial hair growth, high pitched voice, poor frame, basically a “low T” soy-boy by all accounts. Yet when he went to have his blood tested, thinking he had low testosterone levels it was much to his surprise that his testosterone levels literally hit the instrument limit. Meaning they truly do not know how high his levels are but are likely 2000 ng/dl+ I think this is just a testament to how testosterone is not the litmus test of male hormones, it is not an isolated measure. Likely in his case he is aromatizing much of the testosterone and is not converting much if any to DHT
