There are multiple reliable energy breakthroughs underway that can actually keep up with America's demand, Energy Secretary Chris Wright tells me. He gave an inside look at the massive shifts Trump is implementing for our future: “Next-generation geothermal is coming. We got a 500-megawatt plant under construction in Utah, mining the heat underneath your feet. President Trump set aggressive agendas in May of last year to say we're going to get three next-generation nuclear reactors critical by July 4th. We had four reactors critical by July 4th and another one coming soon. We'll be getting electricity in remote areas from nuclear reactors by the end of next year, and a meaningful amount of it by 2028. We've got all sorts of gas turbines under construction. We've got [a] new pipeline to bring low-cost natural gas to communities… So there is cool stuff coming in energy technology.”
