@narendramodi That protection is only for govt properties. They can fully declare and occupy properties of non muslims as well as those properties that come under societies act.

In this Waqf Amendment Bill it is not mentioned that - • Waqf Property Act 1995 will not apply to Non-Muslims. • Waqf Property Act 1995 will not apply to properties of ASI. • Waqf Property Act 1995 will not apply to properties of Societies which are registered under the Societies Registration Act. • Waqf Property Act 1995 will not apply to properties of Trust under the Trust Act 1882.

I bet even if you are hardcore supporter of Congress you will start hating Congress after knowing this Waqf by User Is not mentioned in any Islamic laws Was not mentioned in Waqf Act 1913, 1923, 1994 Congress added this clause secretly in Waqf Act 1995 which says at any place which is used for Islamic purpose will automatically become Waqf land so that by using this they could execute Ghazwa a Hind Today when Modi govt has removed this section, shameless Congress is saying that they will go to supreme court to bring back Waqf by user section
