We really need our security agencies kitted properly to respond to some of threats to our nation security posed by our volatile neighbours such as Sudan.

All the officials and the security services called and said that China was a significant threat. That was sufficient to give to the CPS, not even by ministers but by officials. The question is: why wasn’t it? But the question I really wanted to ask today concerns this absurdity about the role, or lack of role, of the National Security Adviser. The government says he wasn’t involved in any matters of substance — but isn’t it the role of the National Security Adviser to be involved in all matters of substance when it comes to national security? So, what’s the point of a National Security Adviser who does not involve themselves in matters of national security, as in this case? Instead, we are meant to believe that the Deputy National Security Adviser is allowed, in this case, to involve themselves in substantial matters of national security, but not apparently discuss these substantial matters of national security with the National Security Adviser. This does seem to be an absolute matter of substantial absurdity.

We condemn the heinous attack on Governor James Orengo in Migori during an engagement with the people today. What started with senseless interruption of a peaceful meeting by police officers culminated in a brazen attack by thugs who torched one of the cars in the entourage and sprayed it with bullets. This level of violence is not only unacceptable, it is a precursor to a state of insecurity that the government will be unable to contain if it is left unchecked. Democratic freedoms and the expression thereof cannot be used as an excuse to weaponize organised crime against people of different political persuasion. This intolerance, especially when it is sanctioned, supported and defended by political leaders, signals a worrying trend that our security agencies seem both unprepared for and disinterested in resolving. Failure to act now in response to this national security crisis is an abdication of constitutional duty which is untenable. We demand that those charged with the security and safety of our country do their work before it is too late.

This isn’t about fat shaming anyone, but an issue that needs to be addressed. Police and MNDF are responsible for protecting our nation from both internal and external threats. So they should be among the fittest individuals in the country. If these frontline services are struggling with health and fitness, it’s a reflection of a wider national problem. An unhealthy population places a significant financial strain on Aasandha. Much of this is preventable. That’s why we need to have a serious conversation about it. We need a national survey to understand why so many people are facing health and weight issues. Is it cause of our dietary habits, like having curry every day? Is it due to limited space for physical activity? Are high rise buildings discouraging people from going out once they’re home? Or is it something to do with the ingredients we commonly use? Is it the oil that STO is selling? What is it? A chronically unhealthy workforce weakens national productivity and security.

Having the same community in a sensitive docket like Interior was the biggest blunder ever to happen to Kenya. Kenyans MUST be worried and really be concerned about the security of the country because the NIS Boss is in record to have said publicly that DANGEROUS CRIMINALS are in the country from the neighbouring countries like #Somalia #SouthSudan #Ethiopia and #Uganda. Why now and why is it happening ONLY under the current rogue regime? Why did the President cancel the EXTRA VETTING of all entrants across the border? Are they being registered to stuff the ballots in 2027? The recent discovery of weapons buried in a graveyard allegedly hidden by Basotho zama zamas regrouping for an attack on South Africans on the 30th of June, is a terrifying wake-up call. Well done to SAPS for this bust, but it forces us to ask a critical question: where is our Police Intelligence Unit while this is happening?Illegal mining is no longer just a crime trend; it is a full-blown national security threat. If everything declassified about China's illegal interference in our election ends with nobody arrested and nobody in jail, we will know there is no justice in America, and that we are a conquered nation. This is why I keep saying America 250 is not a celebration. It is a funeral. I love this country, but we are severely compromised and infiltrated by our foreign adversaries, right down to our intel agencies and our own digital infrastructure. And look at the double standard. All you ever hear about is Israel, Mossad, and Netanyahu, while nobody wants to touch China, Qatar, or the IRGC. Israel did not create fake ballots in our election to steal the election from Donald Trump. China did. It is long past time to get serious about the CCP and treat its infiltration of our country as the national security emergency it is and always has been.
