I'm not buying the official narrative about the 71 Jewish schoolgirls that “happened to get lost” and started popping out of sewer grates and manholes in downtown Nyack, NY. This is sketchy AF.

Oleshky. Russian occupiers attacked a convoy of civilian vehicles carrying aid to the residents of the city — food, medicine, and basic necessities for people who have been left with nothing. People who have been denied the right to evacuate. And it was precisely these vehicles that the Russians attacked. A Holodomor and genocide on the scale of an entire city. Russian occupation means torture and death.

#DRC #AFC_M23 #Uvira 🔴BREAKING NEWS AFC/M23 is withdrawing its “observation and monitoring unit” from the city of Uvira, thus completing the total withdrawal of its forces. ➡️This follows a letter sent yesterday by AFC/M23 to the UN Secretary General, in preparation of its “handover of the city” to “a neutral force”. ➡️Through this final withdrawal, AFC/M23 wishes to express its “good faith” and a “sincere commitment to the existing ceasefire” as well as a “dedication to a peaceful and political resolution to the crisis”. ➡️AFC/M23 warns the international community about the threat that the presence of “the Burundian army, the FDLR, the so-called Wazalendo armed groups and the mercenaries supporting FARDC”, constitutes to the residents of the city of Uvira and thus declines “all responsibility for the security” of the city of Uvira and its residents to the “International community”.

San Francisco residents have finally had enough and file a lawsuit against the City of San Francisco over the large concentration of homeless “People living in the south of market neighborhood have filed a complaint against the city. They claim the concentration of homeless resources and affordable housing — This complaint, it’s 47 pages long and the local neighborhood association says it's the result of years of not being heard by the city — These residents say the high concentration of homeless support, resources and affordable housing are leading to what they call a deliberate hyper-concentration of poverty” “The Soma West Neighborhood Association says after years of no action by the city, they filed a complaint to the state alleging the city is violating state housing law and civil rights mandates — This complaint basically says segregation is illegal, so you should, the state requires you to take affirmative steps to desegregate.”

Spencer Pratt says Mayor Bass is “failing” Los Angeles, then a reporter jumps in and starts making his case for him. It’s so bad, this guy didn’t even have to think before rattling off the city’s problems. PRATT: “The city’s failing most of LA.” REPORTER: “You’re talking about homelessness, you’re talking about drugs, you’re talking about crime, you’re talking about the lack of police, fire department.” The reporter set him up so well, Pratt ran with it and delivered a devastating critique: “The list of failures across the city. There’s people that just want the potholes fixed. Mayor Bass has allowed the city to be covered in potholes.” “We don’t have sidewalks, we don’t have lights.” “Then there’s the moms who want to be able to go to the parks and not see anybody shooting up fentanyl with their pants off.” “I was in the Valley yesterday, a beautiful Persian restaurant, and the lovely owner said, ‘Spencer, they have naked drug addicts in front of the kids when we’re trying to have food at the restaurant.’ This is across the city.”

This is a public toilet on Sisulu Street in the CBD. Members of the public can use this facility without the need to urinate in public areas. Just metres from this public toilet, evidence of fresh urine is littered near trees and corners. This is not the City we want to live in. City of Tshwane

San Jose, California residents file a lawsuit against the city for their deployment of Flock license plate reading cameras The people behind this lawsuit say the city has violated the Fourth Amendment by conducting surveillance without a warrant “Drivers have filed a class action suit against San Jose and its police department over the deployment of nearly 500 cameras, including by Flock safety” In California Flock camera data has been shared with the federal government as well as nonprofits (which is insane) Activists also say they are being used to track illegals in San Jose. So I guess this is one benefit

I want to make something clear: I have and always will be there for the great city of New Orleans. My fight is not with the people of the city, but rather the politicians who have done nothing but run the budget dry and think they are above the law.

#BREAKING: Ari: Talk about your idea to freeze rent Mayor Mamdani: “…we are living in a time of politics where politicians try to convince the public that there’s nothing they can do and so to even have the idea that we could actually help people is seen as a departure from what so many are being told in this moment, and freezing the rent, this is about 2.5 million New Yorkers in a city of 8.5 million, the mayor has the power to freeze their rent.”

#Dictator #Aliyev once again mocked and made fun of the people of Azerbaijan🇦🇿. Residents of Ağcabedi were shocked when they opened the coffin to bury the dead soldier. People saw a bag filled with sand instead of a soldier in the coffin. The residents of the city, who were angry about this incident, expelled the mayor of the city from the cemetery. Because the workers who removed the dead soldier's organs for #Aliyev #Organ #business forgot to put the body back in the coffin. I can't understand that why such disgraceful things happen only in #Azerbaijan? I was assured that Aliyev's regime is doing this on purpose

🚨 ORDINARY CITIZENS ARE HITTING BACK! Joburg residents are seeing through the DA’s agenda to privatise essential services and they are NOT keeping quiet. In a city already battling mass unemployment, particularly among black residents, privatisation risks putting even more basic services beyond the reach of the very communities that need them most. It is not just about who runs a service; it is about who can afford to access it and who gets left behind. The message to voters is blunt: DON’T HAND THE KEYS OF JOBURG TO A PARTY THAT WANTS TO TURN BASIC SERVICES INTO A BUSINESS. Johannesburg belongs to its people. The people have spoken. Keep the DA OUT of Joburg. This city deserves BETTER. VOTE FOR ACTIONSA!! #OperationFixJoburg #UnfinishedBusiness
