The "Turn-Based Won't Sell" argument doesn't hold water anymore. The sales of Balder's Gate 3, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Persona, Undertale, Metaphor: ReFantazio, Pokemon, Honkai Star Rail, Dragon Quest and Sea of Stars show there's a market for this type of game. It may not be the biggest audience ever, but it exists and it deserves some respect. That's why I'm hyped for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Been seeing a lot of people "pushing" Seedance 2.5 toward realism lately with their walking simulators. Let me show you how I’m pushing it. Testing physics simulation, crowd simulation, dynamic lighting, overlapping objects, occlusion… the list goes on. And as you can see at the end, it absolutely failed miserably in one area. 😂 I’ve been chasing the uncanny valley for years, and Seedance 2.5 is the closest tool I’ve ever used to actually breaking through it.

This type of video animation for a gut supplement ad would normally cost $500 from your ad agency. I built it in 20 minutes for $10 with this AI system. Here's exactly how I did it: → Ad scripting in Claude → Image generation of digestion track with Fabric → Image to video animation with Fabric → Talking head UGC avatar with Fabric → Edit all clips together & ad captions with CapCut With this tool + system, I can generate 12 variations of this ad concept in an afternoon and be testing all of them by tomorrow morning. By the end of the week, I can see which is driving highest ROAS, and then iterate on the winners again. In a month, I will have tested hundreds of high quality video concepts across dozens of personas. This is how you scale eComm in 2025 and beyond.
