It's not an issue of level of education but this behavior is motivated by wanting to cash more money at the end of the day. We need good enough LAWS which discourage such behavior at all. Imagine a 10yr mandatory sentence for such would automatically put all drivers in line

This is about observing and enforcing the law. Secondly morals and basic respect for others followed by an end to corruption and last but not least roads need to be properly maintained and upgraded. If we had good roads we would not see such uncouth behaviours.

don't support nonsense, we need better road rules and a system to hold people accountable. These drivers are not owners of these cars. Fine the owners heavily until they formalise their business and hold every driver on their fleet accountable and face justice.
