Doesn't work for me and it also cost credits. I don't have the same issue on another platform.

This is such a smart solution for keeping character sheets consistent. Covering the faces while preserving the exact character details is a really useful workflow. 🔥

Grid to fashion editorial video. Create a 5x5 character grid in GPT Image 2, then feed it into Seedance 2.0 Gives you clean control over shots before animation. Even if it doesn’t follow the grid 100%, it still produces really solid results. Shared prompts below 👇 Created with gpt image 2 + seedance 2.0 on mitte.ai

Seedance 2.5 Storyboard Director, a free Claude skill. Your storyboard isn't doing anything. You draw it. You upload it. Seedance 2.5 renders something else and you blame the model. It isn't the model. A board with no panel to timestamp mapping is just another style reference. Nothing tells Seedance 2.5 those panels are the shot order. So I built the mapping in: → Timestamped storyboard sheet prompts. → Character sheet prompts with face lock. → Video prompts where every beat carries its panel code. → A locked @ reference order that stops character drift. → Exclusion lines that keep panel borders and gray backdrops out. → 10 intake questions, each with a default. Prompts, not images. Paste them into whatever image model you run. Free download in the reply.

Been playing with a character consistency workflow again. This came from Nexora that starts with a single GPT Image 2.0 character sheet and turns it into a multi-shot cinematic sequence in Seedance 2.0. One thing I added to the workflow: I first comped the character, environment, and visual style together in Midjourney before bringing everything into GPT Image 2.0 to build the character sheet. I also pushed it a bit further by generating multiple characters, destinations, and art directions at the same time, then turning those into production-style character sheets and shot sequences. It's interesting how much consistency you can get from a single well-defined character board when the visual language, wardrobe, and environment are established upfront. Check out three different character + scenes here 👇

Trying out a multi-character commercial vibe with a consistent product 🍓🍫 It used to be super tricky to keep different faces and product details stable in one video, but Seedream 5.0 Pro (images) + Seedance 2.5 (animation) handled it pretty smoothly. Dropping the full workflow (1 Product Map, 3 Character Maps, and the Animation prompt) in the thread below 👇 Which girl’s look is your favorite? ✨

Today, we're introducing Vivix-A1, a real-time interactive multimodal model for AI characters. With A1, characters are no longer limited to talking faces in a fixed frame. You can bring the characters you imagine to life. They can move through scenes, interact with objects, and respond with their whole bodies. Talking to an A1 character feels like talking to someone right there with you. It listens, speaks, and acts at once. With ultra-low latency, you can interrupt or redirect it at any moment, and it adapts immediately. You can shape what happens next through voice, text, images, and other multimodal inputs. A1 powers experiences across companionship, customer service, e-commerce, education, and more. At Vivix, we're building a future where content moves beyond passive viewing into experiences that unfold with you. Meet Vivix-A1 at

Painting faces is one of the parts of the miniature I enjoy most because it is the soul of the mini. This is one method I use to paint faces from time to time, and it gives good results for the time spent. In the end, you have a comparison with a 1h to 1h30 face, worth the effort

What UVing in a good level editor tool is like: Select a face and Alt + RMB on hovered faces to flow it to that face. I can also flow it from the hovered face to the selected faces with Shift + Alt + RMB (coming in Scythe 0.7).
