I came across this post and knew I had to try it:

I’m using Seedance 2.0 via the Jimeng platform (the Chinese version of Dreamina). Cartoon Hero students can find a complete step-by-step tutorial inside our Skool community. Or just wait for the official Seedance 2.0 launch on February 24 to try this cool feature yourself.

Tutorial: Upload your reference video and use the prompt: "Change the style of every frame to match the art style of X, style transfer." X - point out the desired style (from my testing - anime, claymation and pixel styles work best). Keep in mind that only 15-second clips can be uploaded, so you’ll need to stitch separate clips together for a longer result. You can use either Seedance 2.0 or Seedance 2.0 Fast - both work great.

I tried it with a scene from an old Romanian movie and it works reasonably well (although some frames look more realistic than anime). Also, for some reason the output sound is different than the original, but that's not a problem as it can be easily fixed in editing
