this is my favorite scene from the whole show, i can't think of a way to describe it other than perfect, bocchi's eyes not being drawn in most shots, her bandmates reaction, the camera going constantly out of focus when it's on her, it's like she's in a completely different world

Had the same experience yesterday but with Fire Punch. Going from watching stranger things to reading PEAK felt like such an incredibile shift. I needed the palate cleanser.

are all of the bocchi anime songs made by their own band or do they do collabs with other japanese rock artists, bc this has a very similar sound to Tricot

not too sure about who writes most of the songs they perform I just know they get musicians to play them, for Sick Hack they're apparently based on 88Kasyo Junrei

I love the detail you can see Ryo and Nijika nodding to each other, and Kita, starting a little later than them, almost taken back and snapping to reality. Tells so much about each character and their relationships.
