God, I loved it.

Technically a millennial, 1983, but this is my childhood to a T. It makes me feel “homesick” for a place that no longer exists. Like being homesick with no home to go to.

Kids don’t understand (and likely never will) just what’s been taken from not only us, but them too. Kids are something to be ultra-monetized and sexualised in these times, it’s sickening. Sometimes I wish I’d been a parent, but sometimes I feel glad that I haven’t. For their sake.

We didn't have smurf sleeping bags. We took a pillow. No Video games. All the rest yes. 😂 We lived outside.
