Update: moments after uploading the middle fan (in the vertical stack) stopped randomly and then picked back up and has done this a couple of times. I am leaning on it likely being the fan here making the weird sound. PC utilization is sub 50% on all aspects, happens randomly even just at idle

Update #2: swapping out the fan with a extra I had did the job. I think the bearing or something was going out on the other one

That middle fan is either hitting something or the bearing is going out

Your AIO bracket (the part that fan screws into) has bent slightly into the fan. Just need to adjust it slightly. Same thing happened to me when I over tightened the fans on my AIO. For me it was in the middle.

Might have them screwed in too tight, causing the fans to rub something. Loosen them all a full turn and see if it doesn't stop.

Yeah, that was the first thing I looked for, but there is no signs of any contact with the fan at all

Check also the Water pump pressure flow in the AIO software to see if it's stable, could be the pump AIO becoming dead.

It’s something in your fans

Sounds like it is changing according to the fans RPM. My first thought is a wire or zip tie somewhere in the wire management on the enclosed side.

Sound like one of your fan screws is very tight reinserting the frame and making the fan touch it
