naw- I just chop off a 6-7" section of either Polish sausage or summer sausage, microwave for a couple minutes, slap onto a hot dog bun with cheese, onions & ketchup or mustard, and done in ~2 min ...only 600 calories

Doesn't everybody do it this way? As my Dad always said, use the proper tool for the job.
