When you see educated youngsters behave in this manner and show complete disregard for rules and a total lack of civic sense, all hope is lost.

2 things - 1. It is minding one's own business to be concerned about a public property 2. Being a lawyer doesn't approve that indecency I feel a strong hatred towards such an arrogant behavior!

Should be identified and fined

She is definitely not a lawyer. If she would have then she would have followed all rules and regulations. And if she really is she has to mend her ways or her license would be confiscated by BCI.
