It's strange to see people in comment section are taking their side. Abey akal ke andho it's fine to put ur feet on seat only without shoes n when no one is sitting close to it else it's considered dirty, disgusting n disrespectful.BMC gutter ke lids ke badle ye dhakkano ko lagao
When you see educated youngsters behave in this manner and show complete disregard for rules and a total lack of civic sense, all hope is lost.
It’s bad etiquette to rest one’s feet on the seat even when unoccupied.
2 things - 1. It is minding one's own business to be concerned about a public property 2. Being a lawyer doesn't approve that indecency I feel a strong hatred towards such an arrogant behavior!

Should be identified and fined
She is definitely not a lawyer. If she would have then she would have followed all rules and regulations. And if she really is she has to mend her ways or her license would be confiscated by BCI.
